ELIZABETH PALERMO
Elizabeth founded Brain Kindle LLC to fix a problem she kept seeing in the trades: excellent service businesses losing work to weaker competitors, purely because nobody had time to answer the phone or follow up on a quote.
WHY SHE STARTED BRAIN KINDLE
After years of working with local businesses, a pattern kept repeating. Capable contractors were buying leads from generic platforms, holding together five or six disconnected software tools, and texting prospects at nine at night after a full day on the job.
“I started Brain Kindle to fix this. We engineer end-to-end growth engines that capture traffic, nurture relationships, and close deals while you sleep. We turn your marketing into math.”
That principle still decides what gets built. Brain Kindle does not sell vanity metrics or isolated tactics. It builds one connected system across capture, nurture and close, and reports on booked appointments rather than impressions.
Elizabeth writes every article on this site. The subjects come from client work rather than from keyword tools: what actually happens to a missed call, why a quote goes quiet in week two, and what it genuinely takes to reach the map pack in a New York service area.
